Really Linda Barker is a great discovery. I read about it some time ago on decor8 and I visit it periodically to see all the new items. Some of my favourites right now... here you are!
I have one of those place mats in red. I can't bring myself to use it for its original purpose though. It is just too pretty so I have it hanging like art instead.
Emily! don't be afraid! use it! I understand that you don't want it to be useless because of the use, but if I were you, I'd use it for not hot and dry things, for instance, to set a beautiful table for a simple appetizer! Thank you for your comment.
